Maid 4 Breaks does exactly what it says on the tin! The company name reflects our aim - to provide a maid to look after your house, garden and pets while you are away for a short break or long holiday.

Carol and John Fell, a retired couple who know how important it is to have peace of mind when on holiday, run the company. They provide a personal live in service giving you total peace of mind, allowing you to enjoy your holiday knowing that your property will be safe upon your return. Just think, no more holidays worrying about little things such as 'did I lock the front door'!

This inexpensive, yet comprehensive, house and pet sitting service is currently available within the SN postcode area of the UK and offers fantastic value for money as shown on the standard tariffs page. Non-smokers, Carol or John, will live-in and provide their own food. They have excellent references and public liability insurance cover for £1,000,000.

There are so many advantages of leaving your home occupied and in our professional care, including:

• Increased security and burglary deterrent; windows being opened and closed and lights turned on and off give the appearance that the house is in use.
• Your house is kept clean and tidy.
• Pipes won‘t freeze in the winter.
• If any emergencies arise, such as water leaks, power cuts or freezer breakdowns, we will deal with them on your behalf, preventing damage and problems for you to deal with on your return home.
• Post, newspapers and deliveries will be moved so that the house does not appear empty. Post can be forwarded on to you if required, or opened and the contents read to you over the phone or sent to you via email.
• Your domestic pets will be looked after and cared for in their own familiar environment, following whatever exercising and feeding patterns you wish.
• Shopping can be purchased for your return date if desired and you can return home to a welcoming cup of tea.
• You will even be taken to and/or collected from an airport/docks if you wish as part of our service.
• You can telephone home at anytime should you forget anything important, want to check anything, or have a chat with your pet!
