Standard Service Tariffs

Maid 4 Breaks offer a fully customisable service and you will be quoted for any particular requests before any monies are paid. A deposit of £50.00 is required to secure holiday booking and this deposit will become non-refundable should the holiday be cancelled within 14 days of your departure date. Our standard tariffs are set out below:

SERVICE TARIFF
Basic house sitting:	£30 per day (or part thereof).
Increased security and burglary deterrent:	No charge.
House kept clean and tidy:	No charge.
Post Forwarding:	No charge.
Dealing with emergencies:	No charge, but you must meet the cost of repairs.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS
Pet Sitting (up to 3 pets):	From £5.00 per day.
Grass cutting and watering garden plants (using your equipment):	From £10.00 per week (or part thereof).
Transportation to and from Airport/Docks (using your transport, insurance, & fuel):	£20.00 return, (Gatwick, Heathrow, Southampton, Bristol, Birmingham).
Shopping purchasing:	£5 plus shopping cost.
Dealing with emergencies:	No charge, but you must meet the cost of repairs.
PET SITTING/DOG WALKING only (within Wroughton area):	From £5.00 per day.

Booking is easy! Just click on the 'Contact us' tab and either email us with any questions or complete our no obligation online booking enquiry form detailing your requirements. Maid 4 Breaks will then check availability for the dates and services that you require and email you back with a final and total price for those services. If you wish to proceed with your booking, just confirm this by email so that we reserve the dates for you and put a cheque for your £50 deposit in the post to the address supplied in the quotation. The balance is to be paid to Carol or John on their arrival at your house when you start your vacation.
